What are your cancellation policies?
Notice Period: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Monday appointments must be canceled by EOD at 4:00pm the previous Friday. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of $50, which helps cover the costs of reserving the time slot.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, a no-show fee of 50% of the cost of your treatment will be applied. Arriving more than 20 minutes late is considered a “No Show.” Please text or call our office at 615-582-0501 when running late.
Product Return Policy: Full refund within 30 days for unopened products. 14 days for open product receive product credit.
Exceptions are made in certain cases such as emergencies and illness.

I am a new client. Do I need to bring anything?
All new clients should book a First Time Client appointment and fill out the following documents: Health Questionnaire, Cancellation Policy, Photo Release
Where are you located?
SpectacularSkin is located off of Poplar and Perkins Ext. on the second floor of the Mednikow Jewelers office building. Simply enter through the side door on the left side of the building and take the stairs or elevator to level 2.
