Cancellation policy

Please give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Monday appointments must be changed by 4:00 pm the Friday before.

Changes with less than 48 hours notice are $50. No-shows are charged 50% of the treatment. Arriving more than 20 minutes late counts as a no-show, so text 615-582-0501 if you're running behind.

Product returns

Unopened: full refund within 30 days. Opened: product credit within 14 days. We make exceptions for emergencies and illness.

What do new clients need?

Book a First Time Client appointment. After you book, Vagaro will message you a health questionnaire, cancellation policy and photo release to complete before you come.
