What should I expect?
We'll first evaluate your skin and discuss your medical history. Based on your skin needs and goals, we'll provide a custom treatment for you as well as a post-treatment protocol.

What do I need to fill out prior to my appointment?
Once your appointment is booked, we will send you a Health Questionnaire Form, Cancellation Policy,  and Photo Release Form to complete prior to your appointment.
