What are your cancellation policies?
24 hour notice is required to avoid the full treatment cost. Monday appointments must be canceled by EOD at 4:00pm the previous Friday.
No Show Policy: Clients will be responsible for the full cost of treatment.
Late Arrival Policy: Arriving more than 20 minutes late is considered a “No Show.” Text or call when running late.
Product Return Policy: Full refund within 30 days for unopened products. 14 days for open product receive product credit.
Exceptions are made in certain cases such as emergencies and illness.
Location and weekend appointments.
SpectacularSkin is located off of Poplar and Perkins Ext. on the second floor of the Mednikow Jewelers office building. Simply enter through the side door on the left side of the building and take the stairs or elevator to level 2. Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer product and service specials throughout the year. Make sure to follow us on FB, IG, TW and sign up for our newsletter to stay in the know. In addition, we offer current clients a 20% off referral discount once the referral completes a new client appointment. (Applicable for one service only. Value to not exceed $30)
I am a new client. Do I need to bring anything?
All new clients should book a First Time Client appointment and bring the following documents: Health Questionnaire, Cancellation Policy, Photo Release
